A process built to remove guesswork.

Iridian works in defined phases. Each has a clear purpose, expected deliverables, and a review before the next begins, making the project's current state and next decision visible.

1 · Discovery & Strategy

Purpose: understand the business, users, and constraints before deciding what to build. Iridian runs discovery against your real goals and materials, then defines scope, priorities, and success criteria. You contribute context, access, and decisions. We review and agree the direction together before moving on. Likely deliverables include a strategy summary, scope, and a prioritized plan.

2 · UX/UI Design

Purpose: turn the strategy into a clear, usable, conversion-focused interface. Iridian designs the structure, flows, and visual design; you review against your goals and audience. We review the design before development begins. Likely deliverables include information architecture, key screens, and the design direction, refined through the review rounds agreed during scoping.

3 · Development

Purpose: build the approved design as a responsive, maintainable product. Iridian develops the front-end, application logic, and any backend or integrations; you review working increments. We check each build against the approved design and requirements. Likely deliverables include a working site or application and the technical foundation to maintain it.

4 · QA, Launch & Delivery

Purpose: verify the approved experience, prepare it for release, and complete the handoff. Iridian tests across devices, resolves identified issues within the agreed scope, and prepares the product for release; you complete a final review and approve launch. We confirm the agreed launch requirements before going live. Likely deliverables include the tested release, deployment where included, and the documentation or training defined in scope.

5 · Optional post-launch work

Purpose: keep the product healthy and evolving — only if you want it. Maintenance, improvements, and continued development are available as separately scoped, separately priced engagements. It's entirely optional and shaped to what you actually need.

Founder-direct, and approval-gated

You work directly with Elias throughout the engagement. Each phase has a defined review point, so decisions stay visible and the next phase begins with shared understanding.
