Project brief

Start a project

Seven short chapters. Answer what you know.

Tell us what you're building, what needs to change, and what a successful project should accomplish. We'll review the details and follow up by email.

After you send this, Elias will review the details and reply by email to talk through scope and next steps.

Who you are

So we know who we're replying to, and can look at what you already have.

We'll use this email address to respond to your inquiry.

Helpful for working across time zones. Iridian works with clients anywhere.

What needs to be built

The starting point for scope. If you're not sure yet, say so — that's a normal place to begin.

What do you need? Required

Where things stand

What exists today, what isn't working, and why this matters now.

What you're building, what needs to change, and what success looks like.

A current site, an internal process, a spreadsheet, or nothing yet.

What success looks like

The outcomes that make this project worth doing — for the business, and for the people using it.

Shape of the work

The details that decide scope: what it has to do, what it has to connect to, and what's already in hand.

Payments, CRM, booking, accounting, internal databases — whatever it has to talk to.

Copy, brand assets, photography, product data — whatever exists.

Technical, organisational, or anything else that limits the options.

Timing and investment

Timing and budget shape what's realistic. Approximate is fine.

A month is enough — it doesn't need to be exact.

Is that date fixed or flexible? Optional

An approximate range is enough. It helps us propose a scope that fits.

Anything else

Anything that didn't fit above, and how the reply will reach you.

Links, documents, prior quotes, internal notes — anything that gives useful context.

Iridian replies by email. That's the only channel used for project enquiries.
